Won’t you be my #Neighbor?
Social media is changing the way we do business and the way that we work. It is changing tools and metrics and forcing new communication styles with customers.
So this year at Dell World 2012, we’ve decided to put Social at the front and center of the agenda. We’ve dedicated an entire Neighborhood within the Solutions Showcase (and several hours of online programming) to help you harness the power of social networks.
Within the Neighborhood attendees can take a tour of our famous Social Media Listening Command Center and hear directly from our social media team members about how they’re using social media to help customers like you.
You’ll have a chance to see the faces behind @DellCares, @DellTechCenter, @DellEnterprise, @IdeaStorm and more!

In addition to hearing directly from our social media team members in the Social Networking Neighborhood, you can also visit various interactive programs and fireside chats with industry experts, customers and Dell Community Rockstars.
Topics include customer testimonials with our Social Media Services Group about our work that’s been done together, lessons learned, benefits gained and things to come, our Social Media and Communities University Training program, social analytics, the role of the CIO in social media strategies and much more.
You can access each day's schedule here (in JPG format):
Select sessions will be available to watch virtually. Please visit Dell World Online to register and be sure to follow @DellSocialBiz and #DWSocial. If you’re attending in person, we hope to see you in the Neighborhood! Check back for more detailed blogs about the various sessions soon.
